It has been a busy week for fashionistas in the Kensington W8 London sim, as the Virtual London Fashion Week hit the stage at the elegant 'The Kensington' venue. Running from October 10th to October 16th the week has provided some amazing shows featuring some of the best and well known designers in Second Life. Lillou Designs, Lady Thera, Inga Wind, 22769, MEB, Fab Pony & Vanguard, V-Twins, Trashy Girls With Style, Glitter, Evies Closet, SF Designs, Pekas, D-Designs, Angelwing and Alpha Tribe were all part of this fantastic fashion extravaganza, which was produced and directed by the LC Angels Modelling Agency. I was fortunate to be part of this experience, modelling in both the Glitter and D-Design shows.
Here I am wearing 'Summer Feelings' by D-Designs a sexy and feminine oufit in soft purple and green tones with matching jewellery, which is included as part of the outfit. Hair is Con Panna in Ash Black by LOQ, skin Dahlia (sunkissed) by [dekade] , eyes are Gemstone Eyes in Lepidolite by Sterling Artistry and the beautiful eyelashes are 'bouquet' by *Les Petits Details*.
Another sweet outfit by D-Designs featured in the show was the short flirty dress 'Nena' in lovely autumnal shades of reds and golds, complete with matching bracelets. Here it is worn with the stunning Tyra skin from CStar in Tan with cherry killer eyes in Halloween also by CStar. Hair is by W&Y (Model Hair 20 in Red) and Earrings are Fossil Wood by Dark Mouse.
The aptly named 'Silver Extra Sexy' by Glitter is guaranteed to attract attention with a sparkling jewelled bra top, mini skirt and matching tiny thong. The pretty body tattoos, diamonte headband, arm and leg wraps are all included with this uber sexy outfit. The hair is 'Loreley' in black also by Glitter, skin is 'Lotus' in Tan by CStar, eyes GemStone in Smokey Quartz by Sterling Artistry.
This elegant black and silver outfit is the fabulous 'Audrey Silver Gown' by Glitter. Featuring timeless classical lines the fitted silver bodice is complemented by the floaty black skirt, enhanced by the pretty bow features on both the front and the back of the dress. The outfit comes complete with the beautiful silver gloves and black stole, making this ensemble suitable for any red carpet event. The striking hair is 'Helena' in black also by Glitter. Skin is 'Zora' by Lion Skins (sunkissed 4), eyes Cherry Killer eyes by CStar in Blacklight, earrings 'Vintage Heart' by CC.
